At Your Soul Time, we believe in honest and transparent pricing. Every crystal, incense, and spiritual tool in our collection is carefully chosen and priced to reflect its true value — for us and for you.
We don't take part in the endless cycle of sales and promotions. Instead, we set fair prices from the very beginning, ensuring that both our suppliers and our team are fairly compensated, and that our products remain accessible to our community.
But we do want to show you how much we value your support and loyalty. That's why we've created a special rewards programme that lets you collect points and exchange them for free treasures!
How does our loyalty program work?
When you log in to your account, you can access the "Loyalty Program" tab in the bottom right corner of the screen, where you can track your points and rewards.
EARNING POINTS IS EASY
✨ 1 point for every € spent on an order*
✨ 20 points for sharing Your Soul Time on Facebook
✨ 15 points for purchasing a product from the "Specials" collection
✨ 10 points for signing up to the newsletter
✨ 10% discount on your next purchase if you leave a review for a product you've bought
*Points are credited 14 days after your purchase (after the return window for online orders has closed) and are valid for one year from the date they are received.
Note: Some products are excluded from the points programme: books, cards, merch items, and consignment products (Luxury Intimate, MoMaCo, MyTempleCandles, etc.).
