Returns in the Event of Order Cancellation (Withdrawal from Contract):

As a customer of our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The only cost borne by the customer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the products, which — in the case of postal return — is charged according to the rate card of the chosen delivery service. The product must be returned to the company no later than 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal from the order (contract) was sent.

The customer must return the product to the company in undamaged condition and in unchanged quantity, unless the product has been destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity has diminished through no fault of the customer. 

The customer may not use the products without restriction prior to withdrawing from the contract. The customer may inspect and test the products to the extent strictly necessary to establish their actual condition. The customer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if that diminution results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases where the subject of the contract is a product manufactured to the customer's precise specifications, adapted to their personal needs, which by its nature is not suitable for return, which is perishable, or whose expiry date has already passed. 

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for:

• products or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the company's control, which may occur within the withdrawal period;
• a service that has been fully performed by the company, where performance began with the customer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the company has fully performed the contract;
• a product that, by its nature, has been inseparably mixed with other items;

Refund of Payments in the Event of Order Cancellation (Withdrawal from Contract):

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the order (contract) or from receipt of the returned product. The company will refund payments using the same payment method the customer used at the time of purchase in the online store, except in cases where payment was made via a buy-back credit; in such cases, the refund will be made to the customer's bank account.

Where a voucher, discount code, or promotional code was used at the time of the order, these amounts are treated as a discount applied to the ordered product and will not be refunded. Only the amount actually paid by the customer will be returned. A Gift Card used as payment will be treated as a payment method upon withdrawal from the contract and returned to the user as a Gift Card, with any paid amount refunded accordingly.
 
If the customer chooses to withdraw from an order for products that form part of a bundle, they may request either an exchange for the same bundle or a refund of the purchase price for the bundle as a whole. The customer may exchange an individual item from the bundle in the event of a material defect or damage to that item, but may not request a refund for it individually. In the event of a warranty claim for an item within a bundle, the manufacturer's warranty period applies.

In exceptional circumstances, the company may also offer the customer a buy-back of the product at an appropriate compensation value, to be determined by the company in a written record upon return. A buy-back at a reduced value is confirmed upon the customer's acceptance by email. The customer may use said buy-back credit exclusively toward the purchase of another product of equal or greater value (store credit) from the company's range.

The right to a refund in the event of a warranty claim or material defect is governed in greater detail by the provisions of the applicable Consumer Protection Act.
