Why Did We Choose This Base?

We chose cyclomethicone for its ability to distribute fragrance evenly and for its lightweight texture. It is also one of the safer ingredients, as it does not irritate the airways or release harmful particles that linger in the air.

It is used in many cosmetic products precisely because of its safety for skin and airways, and because it allows for optimal scent diffusion.

The second most popular base for room sprays is alcohol — however, alcohol is highly irritating to the skin and mucous membranes, and the scent also dissipates much more quickly in the room.
