Rutilated Quartz, or Rutilated Quartz crystal, is a special variety of Quartz containing needle-like inclusions of rutile. Rutile is a mineral composed primarily of titanium dioxide. It can appear in shades of red, brown, yellow, and blue, though our pieces are mostly golden in colour.

Rutile inclusions often lower the value of Quartz, yet among collectors they are highly prized for their beauty.
