Septarian forms from hardened balls of mud.
As a result of geological processes, these balls crack, and mineral-rich liquids begin to seep inside.
Over time, minerals accumulate within the cracks and form beautiful structures. Our specimens contain yellow calcite.
Septarian is tens of millions of years old, and sometimes people discover fossils within them.
