Choosing a crystal is an intuitive process in which we must, above all, listen to ourselves. There are two approaches to choosing, and which one we use is entirely up to each individual.

Clear Quartz

Clear quartz is also an umbrella term for the largest family of crystals on Earth — there are, in fact, a great many varieties of this crystal. Its main characteristics include a stable vibrational core, a vast range of forms and colours, and a structure that varies from extremely dense microcrystals to larger formations visible to the naked eye.

Citrine
